Tag rugby is the most social and fun way to get some exercise in 2025. The game is all about getting outdoors and enjoying yourself, and is enjoyed by tens of thousands of people in Ireland.

It is played all year round in Limerick, at the home of Limerick tag rugby and host to the annual Pig ‘n’ Porter Tag Rugby festival which draws teams from across the island of Ireland as well as from the UK, Europe and beyond.
